Puppets watching movies that puppets like to watch.

A gallery installation of fantastic, fabulous, fabricrulous puppets by Minnesota puppet makers, in the McGuire Theater of the Walker Art Center. Enjoy the lobby bar, watch the puppets watch the movie, sneak a seat and snap your picture as part of the paper-mache proletariat.

The puppet cinema installation is open for wide-spread viewing during gallery hours Saturday May 21 AND before and after the performance of Improbable Theatre’ s “The Devil and Mr Punch” May 19-21st. It all adds up to the culmination of (and Bedlam’s collaboration with) the Walker’s year-long New Adventures in Puppetry Series.
