Sun 9/16, 1:00pm
In conjunction with Eternal Cult’s upcoming Rabbit: An Original Rabbit Tragedy, artists involved will be leading a weekend workshop on creating your own short epic tragedies. Participants will divide into small groups and work through a guided collaborative process to create a short performance. Please feel free to show up with your small group, or to come solo and meet up with people at the workshop. All experience levels are enthusiastically welcome.
Led by Jon Cole, Savannah Reich, and the cast of Rabbit.
Snacks will be provided.
What to bring: Clothes you can move in. Instruments if you play ‘em. Your friends. Your desire to express the hideous burning pain of life on earth.
(If you create something you like, you are invited to perform it at the Bedlam Lowertown space along with the Rabbit show- Oct 11th and/or 12th).
At the Bedlam Community Design Center in the Ivy Building. 2714 E. 27th St.
This activity is funded, in part, by appropriations from the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the State’s general fund, and its arts and cultural heritage fund that was created by a vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.
