Bedlam Theatre Brings Live Streaming, a Man in a Cage, TWO Parties and BIG Plans for the Future on Give to the Max Day Nov. 16!

Hey! Your friends at Bedlam Theatre are getting ready for something big. But before we tell you what, we want to tell you about what we’re doing to get ready.

Give MN’s Give to the Max Day is Nov. 16. Last year, Bedlam Development Associate, Ben Marcy, was in a cage for 24 hours, broadcast via live video feed, on Give to the Max Day. This year, Ben is getting back into the cage to express the importance that YOUR giving and getting is what will help make Bedlam’s ambition break free of its “cage” to launch a complex of radical regional theatre!

Throughout the day we’ll be giving you details about what we’ve learned this year, our vision for the complex, entertaining artistic programming and opportunity to come be social with us LIVE. Leading up to this, we want to let you know about how you can support Bedlam on Give to the Max Day.

Give on Give to the Max Day: Your contribution is the first level of how you can be a part of Give to the Max Day. Whether its $10 or $10,000 your single contribution is important to building the Bedlam community. Becoming a sustaining contributor on Give to the Max Day shows your commitment to INVEST in radical theater and a new complex in the years ahead.

Get on Give to the Max Day: Along with your own contribution, you can encourage friends and family to donate and dedicate the donation in your name on GiveMN. Organizations who receive the most donations on Give to the Max Day will be eligible for special prizes from GiveMN.org and we’ll be GIVING special prizes to the getters. This includes the top “getting” prize a special lunch with Artistic Directors John Bueche and Maren Ward, and Bedlam space advisers to learn all the confidential details about Bedlam’s next space.

• Win a Golden Ticket! $1,000 will be given to a random donor’s charity every hour. Donate more than once to increase your chances!
• Put us on the Leader Board!  $15,000, $10,000 and $5,000 prize grants will be awarded to the top three nonprofit organizations which receive the most dollars in 24 hours during Give to the Max Day.
• NEW THIS YEAR! $15,000, $10,000 and $5,000 prize grants will be awarded to the top three small nonprofit organizations – with budgets under $750,000 – which receive the most dollars on Give to the Max Day. That’s BEDLAM!
