Dave ferments fruit, Ryan ferments beans, and William ferments canvas. For two Friday happy hours in January, the guitar, drums and bass of Fermentation will serve up a concoction of originals mixed with tunes by Mingus, Coltrane, Miles and others. Inoculate your weekend with a glass, a pint, a sandwich, a meal… and rockin’ bebop expressionism, shaken and stirred. 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
