The New Bohemian will be located at what is currently Chai’s Thai Restaurant. In August of 2009 a handful of staff and friends got together with the intent  of purchasing Chai’s and turning it into a worker owned, worker run collective restaurant. It has been a long road but we are asking for your help to raise money.

Come by Bedlam and enjoy an elegant 3 course meal for $20. The food itself will give everyone an idea of what we will be serving at The New Bohemian, and of course there will be vegan options all 3 courses.
