Bedlam is Fring Central – your HQ for all things Fringe. 
Food, Drink & Fringe all day every Fringe day. 

    Bedlam is super-psyched to be Fringe Central once more for the Minnesota Fringe Festival!

    Come by for some drinks, food, friends, and lots of fun events!

    Our hours will be slightly extended, we’ll be opening 3PM on weekdays, 10AM on Saturdays and Sundays, and closing at 2AM every night… with the kitchen open all day and every night until 2AM!

    – Polish-fusion DINNER MENU available 3pm-10pm everyday
    - LATE-NIGHT MENU with hot sandwiches, salads
                     and thin crust pizza available until 2am
    - Champagne BRUNCH Saturdays and Sundays 10am-3pm
    - Grab-and-Go-to-a-Show SACK LUNCHES:
                    $7 with your Fringe Button,
                    $5 for Fringe Volunteers, Staff and Performers
    - "Starving Artist" Special: 2-for-1 APPETIZERs everyday
